Goofy foot is a term used in board sports to describe a rider’s stance.   Goofy foot is right foot forward and regular foot is left foot forward.  Growing up, I was goofy footed.  Most of my friends were regular footed.  I started skim-boarding in 1987 and that was the sport where I did most of my riding.  I skated a little bit early on, but my friends would tell you that was not my calling.  Later in life, I learned to surf and snowboard and still do with my family to this day.

Back then, goofy foot was not the typical way to ride just like Goofy Foot is not your typical taproom.  We encourage people to embrace their differences and to “Be Different.  Drink Right.”
